Attorney Kiniry currently serves as the President of the Rotary Club of Bow, New Hampshire and is an advisory board for the Salvation Army, Concord, New Hampshire.

Attorney Benjamin John Kiniry graduated from Keene State College (B.A. 1997) where he majored in Psychology and minored in Business Management. He also graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D. 2005). He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November of 2005 and the New Hampshire Bar in April of 2013. 

Attorney Kiniry served in the 
United States Army, as infantry soldier mechanized, rapid deployment desert warfare and is veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

He is a speaker at senior centers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and professional organizations on the topics of elder law, estate planning,  and special needs trusts.

Attorney Kiniry lives in Bow, New Hampshire with his wife, son and daughter. He enjoys biking, running, rock climbing, hiking, camping with his family and participating in competitive events like marathons and triathlons.
